Every prices are stated in US dollar. You may use other currency in placing an order, with credit card or Paypal account. The card company or payment gateway (paypal / Eximbay) will charge you  converted local currency of yours, when they issue the charge to your bank account. Currency rate is flexiable, each day’s currency rate could be different depending on date. We do not charge you any of conversion / transit fee.

If it turns out that the package is lost during international shipping process, we will take full responsibility for that.

Especially if you choose “K-PACKET” as a shipping method, we can request Korean Postal Service to open official investigation to figure out when is happening to the package.

Without the tracking number (economy shipping), we are afraid that we are not able to check the current shipping status, and we need to ask your patience. If the package is not arrived 45 days after the date when you placed an order, 100% money back guaranteed.

(* Note : We randomly attach tracking numbers to free shipping packages. If you claim ‘Package is not arrived’ falsely on purpose, you could be accused of fraud.)

You are supposed to receive two different email after placing an order. One is payment confirmation email issued by card company or payment gateway, which will be sending right after you place an order systematically & automatically.

The other one is what we send you manually after dispatching the pacakge, it might take 3 business days because of handling time. If you choose the shipping plan as “K-PACKET”, this second email will include the tracking number.

Yes, you can return item.

Especially the item is damaged or wrong items, please just take a couple of photoshots with mobile and send it to We will be shipping the same item as soon as possible or refund it.

If you want to return items just because of simple change of mind, please note that we only accept unopened item.

I don’t know how I can check my order status.

You can check your order status, [My account] menu, which located right next to wishlist on top menu. If you go there, you can find all of your orders at Recent Orders.

[Pending] : It means payment was not completed yet. In case of Eximbay, Eximbay has a very strict policy in accepting payment. If it is still pending after 24 hours after you placed an order, the payment might be rejected. In this case, please try again via other payment gateway, such as Paypal.

[Processing] : It means that we are handling your order.

[Completed] : Please note that this does NOT mean your order was delivered. It means the package was dispatched from IBBI, you can check the tracking number at this stage. (there is no tracking number provided for economy shipping)
